**[Job Summary: [Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective maintenance of the assigned properties in compliance with the policies and procedures of the Company.

Capable of handling some maintenance tasks that require advanced skills and/or experience
Regular property inspections including evaluation of vendor work
Maintaining appropriate inventory for maintenance and repairs at the properties
Ensuring work orders and preventative maintenance are performed appropriately
Ensuring preventative maintenance is performed appropriately
Ensuring vacant units are made-ready timely and appropriately
Adherence to property financial guidelines and budgets
Maintaining appropriate service contracts and suppliers for the properties
Reviewing of invoices related to property maintenance
Operating the assigned properties in accordance with state, federal and local laws
Operating the assigned properties in a manner that is consistent with Company policy
Operating the assigned properties in accordance with industry standards and best practices
Maintaining regulatory compliance and preparing for compliance inspections
Maintaining the properties in a condition that is clean, safe, and professional
