Evaluate & Aid management to develop & implement efficient business procedures & systems; make recommendations for revising old systems &/or implementing new systems; work with management of businesses to improve corporate profitability, reduce costs, & develop & implement efficient business systems; as well as analyze corporate financial records & operational systems to assist small & start-up companies in the development &/or redesign of current accounting & financial systems to manage costs, to increase sales & profits by improving efficiency of operating & financial systems.
