Job Summary:Friendly Acura of Middletown is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Luxury Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers who require maintenance or repairs on their luxury vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring that all service appointments are handled efficiently and professionally, while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a salary and benefits package, with the potential to earn $70,000 to $90,000 per year.Compensation & Benefits:- Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year- Bonus and commission opportunities- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance- 401(k) retirement plan with company match- Paid time off and holiday pay- Training and development opportunitiesResponsibilities:- Greet customers and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome to the dealership- Consult with customers to determine their service needs and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance- Schedule service appointments and communicate any necessary updates or changes to customers- Prepare and present estimates for service costs and obtain customer approval for all work to be performed- Liaise with the service technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of repairs and accurate billing- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service transactions and customer communications- Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns or questions- Continuously communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any concerns in a timely manner- Maintain knowledge of all luxury vehicle features and service procedures in order to effectively assist customers- Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all timesRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a service advisor or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills- Knowledge of luxury vehicle features and service procedures- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment- Strong organizational and time management skills- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly- Valid driver's license and a clean driving recordEEOC statement:Friendly Acura of Middletown is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
