Location: Newburgh, NY (40% travel Orange, Ulster Clinics)

Hours: M-F 830 am to 5 pm

Salary: $$70,000

OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES :

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Behavioral Health Outpatient practice manager to join our Behavioral Health management team. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing three Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinics. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality client care. This key leadership role requires strong managerial skills and a deep understanding of outpatient practice management administration.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS :

  • Manage and supervise all aspects of the behavioral health outpatient clinic operations, including staff productivity, customer service, and building operations

  • Develop and implement protocols to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members

  • Monitor and manage the practice's financial performance, including billing, benefit assignments and revenue collections.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

  • Collaborate with behavioral health leaders and medical staff to optimize client care delivery and outcomes

  • Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with business analytics team to optimize usage and development of electronic platforms

    ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT

    QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES :

  • Proven experience managing an outpatient medical/behavioral health practice or related role

  • Strong knowledge of managed care systems, and outpatient clinical operations

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Proficient in office management software applications including reports and report analysis

  • Familiarity with fiscal management principles, including budgeting and financial analysis

  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance

  • Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse team

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in healthcare administration or related field

  • Proven relevant experience
