The Arc Wayne of Newark, NY is seeking to hire a Full time Occupational Therapist at our Roosevelt Children's Center. The licensed OT will provide direct treatment to preschoolers' age birth to five.

Roosevelt Children's Center serves families and children in Wayne, Ontario, Monroe, Cayuga, Seneca and Yates Counties.
A Day In The Life As An Occupational Therapist
Complete occupational therapy testing and reports for each student in the caseload, as determined by the student's IFSP/IEP.
Plan and write IFSP/IEP goals and objectives for each student, progress reports, and updates IFSP's/IEP's as required, within an interdisciplinary approach, and will plan and implement occupational therapy programs for each child in the caseload in center-based, home-based, and/or community based programs.
Maintain and complete all IFSP/IEP paperwork requirements as required in a timely manner, and will facilitate a close working relationship with parents.
Consults with staff, parents, physicians and other professionals with any changes involving students' needs and programs
Occupational Therapist Qualifications
NYS Occupational Therapy License
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 3:45 pm
