About the position

Success for the full-time Care Manager position looks like guiding adults and/or children with mental health with kindness and empathy to improve their overall life's experiences. This is by providing comprehensive care management through engaging with your clients to fully understand their situation and then you will develop and follow through on a case management plan that will truly make a positive difference in their lives.

Work location - The Arc Wayne, 150 Van Buren St, Newark, NY 14513 (Will require travel to off-site locations)

Work schedule - Monday through Friday (8am to 4pm) with flexibility to meet agency's needs.

    You should have

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field and at least two years of experience working with people diagnosed with serious mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance abuse disorders.

  • A current and valid New York State driver's license.
