Posting Summary | RUTGERS LAW SCHOOL invites applications for a visiting assistant faculty position in the Clinical Program of the Newark location to begin in the summer of 2024. The grant-funded position will be for three years. The visiting professor will help launch a new clinic focused on mediation and will supervise clinic students in these cases. The cases will likely cover housing and disability rights issues but cases may concern other areas as well. Minimum requirements include a J.D. degree and membership in good standing of the Bar of any state; at least 5 years of legal experience; expertise as a mediator or in mediation; and a demonstrated potential for teaching excellence.
