Your Team & Role
As a Senior Associate, Information Security Operations in Information Security Awareness and Delivery, you will partner with other technology and security professionals to improve the security of company and client data. You will help develop a culture of security awareness across the company, educating teams and individuals on Information Security principles and best practices. You will work on building and delivering targeted and general security guidance to a diverse community across the enterprise, including our DevOps teams, control partners,and others within the lines of business who participate in the software development lifecycle. In addition to applied experience, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus to all that you do.
Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day
Build a security and risk minded culture through partnership with IT peers and business stakeholders under the direction of more senior team members or within assigned projects.
Raise awareness of information security principles and practices within teams and individuals across the enterprise to help them safekeep Prudentials information assets in a seamless manner.
Keep up to date on security trends, threats, and practices relevant to the developer and technology community through research and study, or participation in internal workgroups and other forums.
Generate developer and technologist focused content such as guides, newsletters, handouts, and other communications.
Deliver workshops, internal roadshows, training exercises, and other awareness activities.
Collect and integrate feedback to improve awareness program.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
Development or hands on technical business analysis experience in one or more languages at a company using agile development methodologies
Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor a message to different audiences and levels.
Experience with several of the following:
Cybersecurity Practices
Software Development Lifecycle
Application Vulnerability Identification
Secure Coding Practices
Regulations and Compliance
Technical Writing
Communications Planning and Delivery
Preferred qualifications:
Certification in an infrastructure, DevOps, or other development discipline such as from AWS, Microsoft, or Google.
Certification in an information security discipline such as from CompTIA, (ISC)2, ISACA, or GIAC.

The salary range for this role is from $71,100.00 to $105,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
