The Chief Investment Office (CIO) of Prudential conducts asset and liability management and portfolio construction for all of Prudentials domestic and international business operations and manages over $365 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2024. The Financial Management and Reporting team is a group within the CIO that provides support in a reporting, forecasting and operational capacity to the Prudential Select Strategies (PSS) and Impact and Responsible Investing (IRI) Alternative Asset groups.
The Financial Management and Reporting Team is seeking a manager to join their team.
The current employee work arrangement (EWA)for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
Support completion of analysis packages for Senior Management discussions on multi-year forecasts and actuals reporting
Manage the Assets in Kind process as part of Pension Risk Transfers
Oversee subsidiary reporting including cash management, expenses, and audit related activities
Review the analysis of AUM on a quarterly basis
Provide investment allocations by business for Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Real Assets
Review calculation of derivative trades and public equity sales.
Collaborate with investment teams to build and maintain CRM system.
Successfully partner and foster positive relationships with multiple groups (Investment, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Performance, Finance, Expense Reporting)
Adhoc requests including business specific projects
Management responsibilities as needed
What youll need:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
7-10 years of accounting / financial analysis experience
Understanding of Alternative Investments, Equities and Fixed Income
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel mandatory)

The salary range for this role is from $ 115,800.00 to $172,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
