We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Skills, Priorities, and Inclusion to be an innovative, collaborative team member within the HR Learning and Development function that contributes to company performance by building business-critical capabilities and driving employee engagement through compelling brand messaging, strategic engagement opportunities, and delivery of new learning options that build mission-critical skills at scale.
L&D is part of the HR Talent & Diversity CoE which drives Prudentials talent management and inclusive culture efforts; this position will report directly tothe VP of Enterprise Learning.

As Director, you will play a central role in creating strategies and tactics for how we roll out enterprise priorities as skill building measures and how we catalyze inclusion and belonging throughout the organization. To this end, youll take the lead in the event production, project management, learning product creation, delivery, and measurement of outcomes from each intervention. You will work closely with HR talent and learning partners, especially Culture and Inclusion, as well as internal Enterprise Learning groups such as Leadership Development, facilitation, User Experience, and instructional design.
What youll do:
Strategy:
Work with the VP and other directors of Enterprise Learning to develop and execute an overall strategy for delivering learning products at scale that support enterprise priorities. Within this, one of the most critical priorities will be to embed Inclusive Leadership concepts into all learning deliverables / modalities as a matter of course.
Brand and Messaging:
Use a proactive, data-and learner-centric approach to glean information. Conduct outreach and work to create brand and messaging that supports the culture change desired and measure results of efforts. Communicate available offerings and work to catalyze interest and participation. Own our L&D Product Catalogue and Roadshow.
Learning and Development:
Use adult learning principles to analyze, design, develop, and implement learning interventions and events for associates and leaders in the organization. Apply project management standards that keep project team informed by communicating status and results. Create and continuously update Learning Product Catalogue to provide an at-a-glace view of what solutions are available.
Development Prioritization Ownership
Own the JIRA prioritization process for development via being the go between for instructional design (learning architects) and learning partners.
Scheduling and Management
Manage the facilitation resources for the enterprise organization. Create and maintain a shared calendar for delivery of workshops and Train the Trainer sessions.
Consultation:
Consult with business partners to determine the right learning solutions that support behavior change related to areas of strategic importance to the company. Work with learning architects and occasional outside vendors to design curriculum and other assets that delight employees. Manage learning projects/requests with an agile product mindset.
Measurement:
Ensure measurements are in place for all efforts and work with team members to highlight results of efforts on a quarterly basis. Make adjustments to curriculum based on results.
What youll need:
Technical skills and domain expertise; experience designing, developing, and operationalizing a large portfolio of learning products and new initiatives.
Knowledge of industry trends and research; well-versed in adult learning theory and experience with large scale learning initiatives, digital learning,just-in-time/micro-learning,and blended learning strategies.
Innovative thinking with demonstrated ability to turn unique ideas into action.
Collaboration and peer coaching skills; can flex to support team goals and outcomes.
Executive presence and demonstrated experience influencing senior leadership.
Intellectual curiosity and inclusive leadership with a passion for continuous learning and development.
Knowledge of brand, communications, and event management.
Some learning management system administration know how in order to create session offerings and run reports

CPTM Certification
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion knowledge / certification
Solid vendor relationship management skills and the ability to partner with training vendors to build, adapt, and manage learning programs.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with senior executives across the enterprise, providing coaching and support throughout program advancement and implementation.
Strong working relationships with HRBPs, Talent Partners, Business Resource Groups, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and other internal partners to ensure program content and approach is aligned with our business objectives and enterprise priorities.
An ideal candidate for the L&D function is agile and intellectually curious, able to influence and provide thought leadership in their domain of expertise while effectively navigating ambiguity and driving business outcomes with a learner centric approach.
