What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our business systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across multiple platforms. In this position, you'll not only be the technical expert but also a strategic partner who brings energy and enthusiasm to every interaction with stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to deliver impactful projects that directly contribute to the bottom-line revenue for TAP and Global Services. Additionally, you'll oversee key vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance and scalability.

  • System Management: Manage and optimize business systems, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive system improvements while ensuring all customizations are tested and deployed effectively.

  • Vendor Management: Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with SLAs. Conduct performance reviews and address any issues to maintain high service quality.

  • People Management: Lead and mentor a team of business systems professionals. Provide performance feedback, foster a collaborative environment, and support professional development.

  • Project Management: Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and deployments. Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders for successful outcomes.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, streamline operations, and drive system enhancements to support business growth.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience in business systems management, project management and change management.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in system management and vendor relations.

  • Proven experience in vendor management.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Solid organizational and analytical skills, and results driven

  • Commitment to excellence in customer service

  • Comfortable working in a changing environment

  • Able to lead the team to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, deadline - driven work environment

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams across the organization to deliver expected solutions
