We treat each patient with respect and dignity and provide an outcome-driven and fully integrated continuum of care that addresses the diverse needs of our patients.The Lennard Clinic has been servicing these counties for more than 35 years and is looking for qualified candidates interested in the behavioral health field to provide individual and group counseling services in an outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) facility.General Expectations:-Adhere to Agency Policy and Procedures.-Act as a role model within and outside the agency.-Performs duties in a quality manner and in accordance with all policies and procedures.-Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.-Communicate regularly with supervisor about Department issues.-Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.-Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position.-Meet Department productivity standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintains all TLC buildings, equipment and property; provides direction and monitors part time Building Maintenance person and/or seasonal workers; performs remodeling and new construction tasks including the plumbing, electrical and mechanical utilities.-Supervises: Part-Time Building Maintenance worker-Replaces light bulbs and repair light fixtures as needed.-Changes furnace and air conditioner filters and belts; oils furnace and air conditioner motors quarterly.-Prepares work orders after finishing each job; prepares maintenance schedules.-Be the point of contact for suppliers, vendors and contractors.-Purchases minor tools and materials necessary for work orders.-Provides direction and monitors daily tasks and periodically assigns work performed by part-time maintenance worker; provides performance feedback on an annual basis.-Performs major and minor remodeling tasks including painting walls.-Performs minor repairs on masonry and roofing as required.-Performs plumbing repairs.-Keeps company van adequately stocked with tools and supplies.-Removes snow from walks using snow blower, broom, or shovel and salts walkways when assigned.-Assists meter maintenance crew with collection activities as assigned.-Ensure all inspections and monthly building maintenance checklists are completed.-Ensure the building is fully stocked with all supplies as required (Tissues, paper towels, cleaning products, etc.)-Performs other related duties as assigned.Knowledge of:-Basic math and communication skills-Two years’ experience in remodeling and new construction or maintenance ofcommercial or residential property.-Materials, methods, and equipment used in remodeling and construction.-Carpentry equivalent to that earned in a four‐year carpentry apprenticeship.-Basic maintenance and operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.-Basic electrical and plumbing systems maintenance and repair.Qualifications: -Bachelors Degree or Graduate of a trade school with skilled trade certification (HVACR, Machine and Manufacturing, Electrical, Welding Technologies)-Have at least two years of experience in managing a healthcare facility. (Preferred)-Have technical skills with cloud-based software (Google Suite (Email, Docs, Drive, Sheets, etc.), Microsoft Office, One Drive, SMART (preferred))-Can operate general office machines (copiers, printers, fax machine, etc.)Ability to:-Assign work to other employees (Part‐time Building Maintenance person and/or seasonal employees),-Provide clear directions, monitor that work is completed correctly, and provide performance feedback on annual basis.-Perform tasks during adverse weather conditions (works indoors and out‐of‐doors)-Works with potentially hazardous chemicals.-Works on ladders.-Lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.-Operate company vehicles requiring a valid State of NJ Driver’s License (CDL license preferred).-Perform safety‐sensitive functions in accordance with federal requirements.Responsible for:-The safe operation of company vehicles and equipment-Responsible for routine maintenance of equipment used.Salary Range: $35,000-$40,000Benefits-Dental insurance-Employee assistance program-Health insurance-Life insurance-Paid time off-403B-Vision insurancePerformance review is conducted annually in JuneAmericans with Disabilities Act Requirements:-Work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
