What You'll Contribute
The Manager, Ed Services Marketing Analytics will be responsible for performing in-depth analyses and serve as an analytical lead for the Education Services email marketing channel. This person will be responsible for analysis of complex data, identifying patterns and trends, and presenting findings to inform campaign marketing strategy and testing.
What You'll Do
Perform in-depth analytics to inform improvements in email marketing by collecting and analyzing data from email campaigns, landing page interactions, and related user behavior.
Analyze customer focused journeys to inform future email campaign development.
Develop BI that informs decision making and enable appropriate monitoring.
Support analytics and ideation of email testing strategies.
Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and trends that will drive business growth.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by monitoring data sources and implementing quality control processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide insights to inform business strategies.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvements.

What you have
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
BS in Business Analytics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and/or equivalent experience
Experience with SQL and relational database platforms for analytic purposes
Experience with digital email marketing tools like Hubspot, Mailchimp, or similar
Intermediate to advanced skill in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, data connections)
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Demonstrated potential to deliver high-quality analytical outputs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Preferred education, skills, and experience.
5+ years of full-time experience in analytics or related field
Experience with statistical analysis tools (Python/R/Matlab/SAS/Stata etc.) and techniques
Experience with digital analytic tools like Heap, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar
Experience with A/B digital testing tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, or similar
