JPMorgan Chase Consolidations and Firmwide Analysis Associate in Newark, Delaware
The FAIR Innovation & Transformation (FIT) team works across the Corporate Finance organization to centralize digital accelerator development, foster and educate 'citizen developers' in the tools and technologies, and identify opportunities to automate and re-engineer processes while maintaining consistency, re-usability and control over the end-to-end development lifecycle.
This individual will work across both FIT & Line of Business Technology teams to evaluate projects, work directly with end users to define requirements and ultimately develop automation solutions.
• Analyze and Define project requirements through detailed analysis review with end users
• Leverage various automation toolsets to optimize, streamline and automate processes within the organization
• Operate in a within the defined OCFO and firmwide control environment, ensuring proper design techniques and change controls are followed
• Promote the Digital Accelerator (DA) agenda across the organization, educating the teams on alternative ways to think about processes and solutions
• Showcase DA solutions & build awareness & enthusiasm around their capabilities
