Job Description:
As Card Group Program Executive for one of Bank of America’s largest Cobrand travel partnerships, this role is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the client relationship, including business development, overall strategy, marketing and portfolio management. The role of the Program Executive is to ensure the overall program achieves aggressive growth targets (from both a new account acquisition and retail spend perspective) which will be driven by the development of a new product suite aligned to a loyalty platform refresh.

Responsibilities:
Effectively managing a dedicated client management team
Establishing strong working business relationships with senior executives on both the bank and partner side
Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and implement key business strategies (stakeholders include (Finance, Technology, Marketing, Underwriting, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Channel partners)
Delivering on business profitability and bank/partner growth objective targets
Developing products and key business strategies that are innovative and competitive in the marketplace
Managing the overall contractual relationship with Cobrand travel partner
Required Qualifications:
Client management leadership experience within a cobrand travel card program
Contract negotiation and critical card financial P&L knowledge
Product development/product management experience
Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders to execute large projects
Ability to think analytically, using data to support recommendations on questions of risk vs. reward
Advanced written and verbal communication skills; ability to create executive ready presentations
Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to collaborate, manage, and expand relationships across the organization
Proven ability to lead a team and drive breakthrough results
External relationship/vendor management experience
Experience achieving large and aggressive new sales goals
Must be able to perform in a high-paced work environment
