Job Description

Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative will support Customer Service activities in our Newark, CA location as well as remotely supporting our Service Center in Loveland, Colorado. Position requires frequent customer interface in a Sales function and provide general support to the Service team.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage quotations, order entry and tracking of spares

  • For items not on pricelist or that require cost review, research price history and work with Engineers and Supply Chain to accurately calculate material and labor costs

  • Maintain tracking metrics and monthly forecasts of shipping

  • Check and perform final QC of items prior to shipment

  • Develop and implement procedures affecting spares

  • Communicate directly with customers with quotations, order processing, confirmation, order status and shipment status

  • Generate and issue RMAs

  • Track repair status and update customers

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High attention to detail

  • Able to communicate effectively and efficiently in a cross functional team environment.

  • 2+ Year of Sales or Support experience in which the above qualifications have been effectively demonstrated.

  • Associates degree preferred, 2-3 years’ experience in sales and/or administration can substitute

  • Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.

Salary Range:

$70,620.00-$94,380.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
