Although headquartered in Denver, we have a permanent Work from Home Structure, and our team members work remotely. This is a full-time position where you will collaborate with team members across product, marketing, care, and other functions as well as our executive team.

It’s an exciting time at Visible. We are growing, and as part of the marketing growth strategy, we are expanding our partnership strategy. This means Visible will be partnering with more brands and companies to drive member growth and retention. We are looking for someone to assist in onboarding new partners and manage the portfolio of partnership assets to maximize return on investment.

  • Collaboration with the creative team to deliver negotiated assets to partner.

  • Communication liaison between Visible and the partner.

  • Day-to-day management of partnerships.

  • Asset tracking management.

  • Member surprise and delight integration.

  • Partnership updates, results and recommendations.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience with sponsorship and partnership management or account portfolio management experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, eager to learn and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Ability to innovate and offer recommendations to maximizing partnership opportunities.

  • Partnership experience.

  • Project management experience.

  • The ability to analyze data and make necessary changes or adjust. programs to drive acquisition.

  • Experience negotiating contracts.

  • Google analytics knowledge or experience.

  • Salesforce knowledge or experience.
