"Our client, a well-known PE firm, is looking for a freelance Virtual Events Producer to assist their team.The Virtual Events Producer will:- Schedule and run pre-production meetings for all webcasts- Maintain webcast information on Multimedia Team works in progress document- Liaising with Product Teams on webcast portal content- Work with video production vendors to scope production costs and seek approval from business heads- Build webcast events on GlobalMeet, the firm's global webcasting platform- Get compliance approval and business stakeholder approvals on registration pages- Coordinate with Marketing team for promotion of webcasts- Produce on-camera graphics for live and sim-live webcasts- Produce and direct live webcasts and sim-live to-tape shoots- Update GlobalMeet pages after completion of webcasts for replays- Seek compliance approval for replays of live events- Confirm archiving of events after 14 or 30 days- Coordinate with Marketing team on event metrics The Virtual Events Producer has:-3+ years of experience in developing, managing, and executing virtual events - IDEALLY you are experienced using GlobalMeet-experience handling budgets and vendors-proficiency in video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)-advanced knowledge of virtual events platforms / softwaresCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
