The VP, Ad Formats is a critical thought leadership role on the Advertising Product team for Hearst Magazines. This role will oversee the ad formats experience ensuring that our readers across our 29 brands are met with premium, beautiful, engaging ad experiences. This role will support an expansive portfolio of ad products, globally, across many different reader experiences.

Your Impact

The VP will join Hearst Magazines at an exciting time. You will propel the next generation of Hearsts digital advertising formats that will be premium advertising experiences that both perform for the advertiser and engage the reader. You will be responsible for creating highly engaging and relevant ad experiences, working in tandem with key partners across our editorial and content feature teams. This role is ideal for a leader, with cross-functional expertise across ad serving, content management and editorial features. The ideal candidate is a leader in the digital ad ecosystem. You thrive in fast paced environments, have a passion for storytelling, reader experiences, and value collaboration.

The VP, Ad Formats will manage the better ad / better reader experience across executive leadership as we develop new innovative ways to engage readers, and develop better premium ad offerings that can be direct sold and stand out in market. The VP will report into the SVP, Ad Product and Data, and partner closely with key stakeholders across product, editorial, data insights, ad sales, client success, and ad revenue operations.
