The Team:

The User Experience Team is a small but influential group of UX designers creating financial products for customers around the globe. The UX team solves abstract problems and makes massive datasets easy to use for our customers. We work closely with our product and technical partners throughout the entire lifecycle, from analysis and concept to launch. The world of finance is fast-paced and constantly changing. Our users need tools designed to let them soar—find things quickly and easily; perform their work fluidly, in a way that matches how they think and speak about work; and collaborate with others seamlessly.   • Conduct usability tests and heuristic studies

  • Partner with Product Managers to design workflows from conception to completion using Figma.

  • Perform design quality assurance on all projects and effectively communicate feedback to Developers.

  • Thoughtful and functional design approach to all projects.

  • Ability to multi-task and respond to urgent requests and shifting priorities.

  • Promote accessibility by incorporating WCAG guidelines into designs

  • Be an active voice in marketing tangible value that UX delivers to our company and products

Compensation/Benefits Information :

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $136,000. The final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 4 years of UX experience. FinTech knowledge/experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in HCI, Design or a related field

  • Skilled using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

  • Understanding of web and mobile technologies (CSS, HTML5, JavaScript) and responsive/adaptive design

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate in meetings and in documentation form. Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Project Management skills – not necessary to be a certified project manager, but someone with a sense of urgency when required, and a head for scheduling and planning

  • Time management – Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively across different projects
