1)Manage product development lifecycle, including defining scope/planning/executing/ reporting to stakeholders on strategic initiatives & remove roadblock issues; 2)Architect/design new functions on Bruin Platform to connect multiple internal/external telecom vendors systems; 3)Design/develop systems & products to streamline applications/feature development & testing; 4)Collaborate with UI/UX designers/software developers/product owners/stakeholders to create a prioritized roadmap for new features; 5)Explore opportunities to improve execution/enable mix optimization of projects within budget constraints & develop/modify processing systems & SOPs to meet business goals; 6)Research/diagnose/troubleshoot system issues by prioritizing/resolving technical backlog against feature innovation/software delivery; 7)Analyze data/trends using reports & dashboards to support decision-making & identify projects with higher ROI. Req: MS in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field. Sound knowledge of telecommunications/computer systems/software development/frameworks (C#, HTML, CSS)/UI Design.Strong skills in information systems design & development/big data analysis.
