Meta Technical Marketing Program Manager in New York, New York
Summary:
Meta is looking for a Technical Marketing Program Manager to join the Business Education team. This role will work closely with our platform team, certification proctors, learning designers, and user support team to support marketing educational initiatives.

Technical Marketing Program Manager Responsibilities:
Manage the operation of certification proctoring programs in the Learning Management System (LMS) and support Meta proctors on issue resolution
Manage exam publication in LMS
Seek opportunities to improve the user satisfaction and reduce issue rate while the team scale the LMS exam modality
Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular sync on process improvement
Manage yearly system renewals, and project based compliance reviews
Evaluate new LMS feature release and impact, set up a thorough testing and release plan
Partner with data science and data engineers on LMS optimization opportunities with a focus on measurement
Operate and manage cross functional implementation partnerships
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of Learning Management System (LMS) experience
3+ years of experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
Experience with a rapidly-changing environment with a goal-oriented approach
Experience with building relationships with global cross-functional teams with ease, delivering impact consistently through seamless communication, influencing teams towards achieving goals
Experience communicating change management to XFNs and stakeholders

Experience in Intellum’s Learning Management System (LMS)
Experience with Facebook and other social media platforms and marketing
Experience leading data measurement optimization
Public Compensation:
$90,000/year to $135,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
