ConEdison Systems Manager- IT BSD Digital Customer Experience in New York, New York
Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree and Minimum 8 years experience designing, developing, implementing and operating technologies in one or more IT domains, e.g. applications, data, solution, infrastructure, process change management. or
Master's Degree and Minimum 6 years experience designing, developing, implementing and operating technologies in one or more IT domains, e.g. applications, data, solution, infrastructure, process change management.
Preferred Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Majors preferred in IT, computer science, business administration, engineering or decision sciences including mathematics, analytics, quantitative methods.
Relevant Work Experience
8-10 years experience designing, developing, implementing and operating technologies in one or more IT domains, e.g. applications, data, solution, infrastructure, process change management. Required
3-5 years Leadership or managerial experience Required
Ability to motivate, challenge and develop technical staff. Required
Excellent oral and written communication. Must be able to easily engage stakeholders and maintain open communications. Required
Must be able to interact with senior leadership, external stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Required
Ability to direct multiple assignments with changing priorities while meeting deadlines. Required
Ability to establish medium and long-term plans, priorities, and estimate. Required
Must be flexible and able to work off-hours as required to support deployments, resolve production problems or respond to corporate emergencies. Required
Ability to work through ambiguity - demonstrate confidence when making difficult decisions, leading through adversity with a focus on the right business outcome. Required
Ability to work under pressure, manage expectations and conflicts effectively and not get overwhelmed by pressures on team. Required
Experience with Agile SaFe Methodology. Preferred
Must have experience leading and managing Agile Teams.
