About Us

CyberEd Smart is a new development of Cybersecurity Intelligence & Education firm, ISMG, aiming to redefine how cyber risk is managed for organizations while powering the shift towards company-wide security competence.

We're introducing a new Human Risk Management solution designed to help organizations achieve baseline compliance, target training to the employees most in need, & ignite a cultural transformation towards a model of security consciousness by leveraging the following elements:

    We’re able to compliment this service with our proprietary cybersecurity training & education library which includes 897 hours of Cyber-Warrior training designed into 15 separate learning paths, original coursework addressing Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Beginners, along with Regulatory Compliance Requirements for every Federal & European rule book.

    Additionally, our platform houses educational lectures given by thought leaders from over 600 global event presentations & a Master Class series of over 30 individual courses taught be well-known industry experts like John Kindervag, Dr. Chase Cunningham, Chuck Brooks, Dr. Nikki Robinson, Dr. Char Sample, Ari Redbord, Lynn Peachey, Sam Curry, Richard Bird, Jeremy Grant & many more. We also host over 30 industrial certifications & relevant study materials.

    The Opportunity

    CyberEd is building its founding sales team & is looking for Strategic Account Executives to evangelize our Human Risk Management & Cybersecurity Training Solutions.

This is a consultative sales role in which you will position yourself as a strategic advisor to C-Level & Executive Leaders of enterprise organizations throughout the US, emphasizing the importance of building a corporate culture of security competence.

Your focus will be building long-term relationships & establishing trust as you provide thought leadership & share your in-depth industry knowledge & expertise. Your efforts will be instrumental in the continued growth & success of CyberEd as you identify & acquire new business, educating customers on the ways in which our advanced & customized solution can meet their unique organizational needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing a high-level understanding of CyberEd's offerings & strong base level knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape to elevate prospecting communication with clients

  • Identifying & acquiring new clients through diligent & targeted outreach via cold call/email & other effective methods

  • Leveraging existing industry relationships at the enterprise level as well as with vendors to acquire new business & promote our brand story

  • Creating & pitching proposals which include media plans, content, & creative services

  • Guiding full campaign process including generating agreements, leading kickoff calls, & providing client support from beginning to end of each engagement

  • Expediting the resolution of client needs, problems, & complaints to maximize satisfaction

  • Collaborating & coordinating sales efforts with team members & cross functional departments

  • Providing weekly/monthly/quarterly status updates, tracking sales & opportunity pipelines

    What you'll bring for success

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.

  • 5+ years of B2B field sales experience managing & driving complex, enterprise level sales campaigns (mainly new business)

  • 2+ years of cybersecurity experience in sales, delivery, engineering, or marketing (experience selling training/education solutions is highly preferred)

  • Sales methodology experience (MEDDIC/Challenger/Value Selling or other formal processes)

  • Strong relationship building skills with intellectual & experiential credentials necessary to establish trust & facilitate engagements that lead to customer confidence

  • Ability to create & deliver high level presentations tailored to the audience's needs

  • Highly motivated & target driven with a proven track record in meeting sales quotas
