USA Job Family Description:

Develops and executes Santander Corporate Investment Banking marketing and internal Comms strategies and plans. The candidate should have experience of a broad range of disciplines including: Internal Communications, copywriting – both long form and short form, digital marketing and social media content. The candidate should be able to work in the design a cohesive, integrated communications materials for SCIB business aligned with global strategy and in conjunction with stakeholders in the business areas, strategy team …With special focus on SCIB US business. . Establishes, implements and ensures consistent branding and narrative standards throughout comms and marketing materials . The candidate should have a broad understanding of CIB business.

Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:

  • Design, create and deploy materials and actions to develop and execute SCIB communications plan.

  • Assists in development of content for internal and external marketing communication projects including brochures, digital signage, social media, websites, emails, and PowerPoint's.

  • Writes and coordinates distribution of internal comms pieces, newsletters, blogs, articles, and social media posts.

  • Plans and executes community events, coordinates outreach campaigns, and builds relationships aimed at increasing brand awareness and business strategy.

  • Assists with establishing and implementing routine internal and clients surveys and key metrics to support the voice of the customer touch points and relationships.

  • Investigates, collects and aggregates competitive market information to support marketing and internal comms strategies.

  • Participates in the execution of integrated marketing programs to support growth of the SCIB's products and services.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent field. Req

Work Experience:

  • 3+ Years Marketing, Communications or related experience. Req

  • 3+ Years Pref

Skills and Abilities:

  • Superior organizational and time management skills with an impeccable attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while prioritizing heavy workloads and meeting time sensitive deadlines.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to understand complex projects.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Content Manager software (Wordpress or equivalent) and multimedia editing tools (photoshop, finalcut or similar)

  • Ability to interpret and analyze an array of data in a variety of forms and leverage it for marketing purposes.

  • Ability to identify, analyze and solve complex problems.

  • Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints from members, regulators and others.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in print and digital.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. For NYC Job Applicants: The base annual salary range for this position is $77,625-$109,250. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
