Description

The North America Deliver Service Partner (NA DSP) team partners with entrepreneurial individuals who manage their own delivery businesses (DSPs) across the US and Canada. Together, we build sustainable and scalable delivery capacity so that Amazon can continue to delight customers with fast, efficient, and bar raising fulfillment of their orders. NA DSP’s North Star goal is to improve DSP Quality. Quality partners operate safely and reliably, meet performance standards, take a long-term view of their business relationship with Amazon as they engage with the program, adhere to program policies, and manage healthy businesses.

This people manager position will play a key role in scaling Road to Ownership to be the primary entryway for all new DSPs. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This role requires the ability to think strategically, analyze and draw insights from data, prioritize correctly and set a high bar for your team. We are also seeking talent with strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills. You should be able to influence across the organization, including senior leadership. This is an exciting opportunity and we guarantee that you’ll make an impact across the organization.

  • You will manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building a great customer experience.

  • You may be accountable to developing and delivering training with confidence and accuracy, and must have a deep understanding of the DSP program.

  • Be comfortable with ambiguity in an ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.
