Insight Global Sr. Product Manager - MarTech CDP in New York, New York

Job Description

A financial services client is looking to hire a Sr. Product Manager in New York City. This person must be a subject matter expert on Customer Data Platforms (CDP) who possesses deep knowledge of their capabilities, integrations, and limitations. This role involves contributing to the overall MarTech product design and roadmap by collaborating with key stakeholders at both local and global levels to ideate and launch new functionalities and feature enhancements aligned with product OKRs. The candidate will partner with stakeholders to identify and document needs, strategize, and document a scalable CDP implementation tailored to AXPs requirements. They will translate marketing team requirements into product and process designs, defining end-to-end workflows for marketing platforms. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, marketing operations, engineering, DevOps, and information security, to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Responsibilities also include creating and managing the product backlog, conducting sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives with engineering and product teams, and overseeing data management on the CDP. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate on platform enhancement requests, assist in prioritizing these requests with the respective vendor, and re-envision existing processes to support new product development and improvements.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Product Management experience in onboarding, integrating and scaling MarTech tools.

 In-depth experience with Customer Data Platforms, e.g. Adobe CDP, Salesforce data cloud, mParticle, Segment.

 In-depth knowledge and experience in data management, including data mapping, governance, schema creation and customer data modeling.

 Understanding of SDK implementations and server-to-server integrations.

 Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail, handling, and prioritization of multiple priorities, managing tight timelines.

 Experience in Agile software development process such as Scrum. SAFe training and certification a plus.

 Ability to translate technical terminology to business partners and business requirements to technology partners.

 Proficient in creating and delivering executive presentations along with excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

 Must have strong work ethic with a global mindset, and have the ability to work independently and within a team; with a "can do" attitude toward creative problem solving. null
