Job Description Summary:
PayPal is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Checkout product team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end concept, discovery, execution and ongoing management of new capabilities and optimizations to the Billing Platform. PayPal Checkout's Billing Platform enables billions of dollars of annual account-on-file Checkout transactions, representing some of PayPal's most valuable consumer and merchant relationships.

Job Description:

Your way to impact:

  • You will own the end-to-end concept, discovery, execution and ongoing management of new capabilities and optimizations to the Billing Platform to deliver the best possible account-on-file experiences to our consumers and merchants
  • You'll collaborate with your analytics partners to define the questions and obtain the data to drive your product decisions

Your day-to-day:
  • Drive the product roadmap for the Billing platform, partnering with Research, Analytics, Design and Engineering to identify and deliver the most impactful new features, changes and optimizations
  • Work closely with other Checkout and dependency-team PMs to ensure the end-to-end experience across all Checkout products is consistent
  • Partner with Engineering & PMO teams to help them understand the customer value of your roadmap, working together to agree prioritization based on most value to our customers and the business, clearly defining product requirements and agreeing trade-off's to execute rapidly
  • Act as advisor to Checkout Compliance product team, enabling them to define solutions to inbound regulatory and payment network compliance changes
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the organization for account-on-file Checkout product, working closely with customer-facing teams such as Integration, Account Management and Sales to understand new requirements and gathering feedback to inform and influence your product roadmap to deliver the best merchant experience and outcomes
  • Influence long-term vision for PayPal's branded Checkout products

What do you need to bring:
  • 6-7 years experience in a Product Management role
  • Experience building a product roadmap and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable impact
  • Ability to identify, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to senior leaders and project partners. Ability to quickly build consensus and unblock teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver core responsibilities against deadlines
  • Bias toward data-driven decision making
  • Experience in Payments, Fintech or eCommerce is an advantage

$96900 to $234300
