The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a Senior Program Manager to help the Content Supply Chain Product Delivery team to complete strategic objectives to imagine, build, and deliver the integrated bundle of Adobe's technology solutions that solve the ability for Enterprises to scale content to deliver hyper personalized experiences. All Enterprises must have a content supply chain to deliver marketing assets to their customers.

This bundle of solutions includes, Workfront, AEM Assets, Frame.io, Content Analytics along with the newest application we will release later this year, Adobe GenStudio. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting the CSC customer delivery and execution strategy to ensure customer realization of the content supply chain, including the handling of planning/roadmap activities, managing dynamic priorities, driving core team and partner alignment, and communicating status vertically and horizontally across the company and customers. This is a highly cross-functional role with partnerships across various other teams in Adobe, customers and external vendors. Successful candidates will have a technical program management background and be passionate about delivering high quality solutions to customers.

What you'll do

  • Lead highly complex cross functional product delivery initiatives to ensure customer realization of the content supply chain value.

  • Work with the cross-functional account teams, consultants, architects, product and engineering teams to establish workstreams and operationalizing for program efficiency and delivery

  • Work with product management to define content supply chain delivery scope, resources, objectives, and success metrics.

  • Ensure cross-functional alignment across all teams on strategy, plans, and execution

  • Set schedules, and actively manage issues/risks of the programs

  • Drive the coordination and management of dependencies with the customer and cross-functional team.

  • Communicate program status, risks and mitigation plans to Adobe executive leadership and customer executive leadership teams.

  • Find opportunities to improve and simplify processes where possible.

  • Improve transparency and coordination across functions with clear communication.

  • Drive special projects or initiatives on behalf of the leadership team

What you need to succeed

  • Proven experience in leading complex high-value customer delivery programs.

  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within diverse and cross-functional teams, ability to drive consensus.

  • Strong aptitude in program management and customer relationship management.

  • An intrinsic ability to deal with ambiguity and having a flexible and adaptive approach.

  • Analytical perspective to problem-solving, attention to detail organizational skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Experience with a Web, Mobile or SaaS software company strongly preferred.

  • Experience with Adobe Workfront strongly preferred.

  • 8+ years of overall technology experience, customer delivery and significant program management experience.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduate degree a plus.

  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time to our customers or other Adobe offices.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $138,600 -- $258,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
