JPMorgan Chase Sr. Associate, Marketing Engagement Campaign Strategy in New York, New York

The Wealth Management Engagement Marketing Strategy team will define the vision and develop an aggressive test & learn agenda to innovate and re-imagine how we engage with our existing clients. As marketing strategy lead you will partner with the Engagement team, product marketing strategy and key partners to launch key strategic marketing initiatives supporting multiple lines of businesses. A key focus of your role will be bringing to life new personalized seasonal & marketing-driven engagement campaigns -- all with the goal of driving satisfaction and deeper relationships with your customers.

You enjoy creating a vision that directly addresses the customer needs and at the same time is performance driven-you're a marketer that is passionate about your customers. In this new role, you'll be responsible for the ideation, strategy, socialization and insights of multi-channel marketing campaigns-partnering closely with an execution team to bring the campaign to life. You'll be able to quickly the ground running because you've already proven in your career that you're able to successfully launch complex campaigns and oversee all aspects of the initiative.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Launch new engagement campaigns including product-feature awareness campaigns, market volatility and seasonal campaigns. Build in learning agendas to drive ongoing optimization & insights - learning what works best for the next campaign

  • Partnering cross-functionally to bring multi-channel campaigns to life

  • Owning campaigns from end to end - managing targeting and segmentation, messaging, content and design, planning, build, execution and reporting

  • Presenting new opportunities / new ideas based on business needs, market and customer insights

  • Ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard, on time and on budget

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in CRM/ Email marketing / digital marketing with a track-record of delivering business results through testing and deploying effective lifecycle marketing initiatives.. Preferably experience working with key partners that feature deliver real-time personalized & dynamic content.

  • 3+ years of marketing, strategy and analytics experience. Preferably in Financial Services.

  • Proven project management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and highly curious

  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a passion to continuously improve and learn

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Organized and a self-starter who enjoys being part of a fun team and also able to effectively work independently

  • Bachelor's Degree required
