Corporation Service Company Specialist, Global Relationship Management in New York, New York

Duties: Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel of all seniority levels in assigned customer accounts via “rhythm of business” approach to internal and client facing meetings. Develop clear understanding of CSC’s strategy and communicate effectively to allocated clients in relation to products, services, and technology. Lead a strategic account planning process that identifies client needs/pain points, propose solutions, and develop client relationships in line with financial targets and strategic targets. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources to meet and exceed account performance objectives and customers’ expectations. Meet assigned targets for sales and maintain overall responsibility and accountability for ensuring other strategic objectives in assigned accounts are achieved and reported. Initiate improvement proposals focused on creating new business (e.g. new sales channels, additional/new products/services etc.). Assess, clarify, and validate client needs. Execute sales conversations with new and existing GRM client portfolio (non-competitor) Business Partners to maintain and increase market share and realize the sales objectives. Keep up with movements of competitors, developments and trends and client demands in the market, considering the current product/service portfolio and commercial interests to gain optimal insights and developments in the market and identify opportunities within assigned client portfolio. Work together with other CSC offices worldwide on cross-border marketing and client event initiatives. May work remotely within normal commuting distance of New York, NY.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or law related discipline plus five years of post-bachelor’s experience with sales/marketing, client relationship management, and business operations in a global setting. Experience must include demonstrable track record achieving revenue targets and growing business within global strategic accounts, project management, and direct involvement with complex technology implementations.

Minimum Salary: 132420 Maximum Salary: 198630 Salary Unit: Yearly
