  • GRE Finance has an exciting opening for an experienced Finance Associate to take ownership of a global role, working with all parts of the organization. This individual will be involved in all components of the GRE Planning & Analytics Finance function, while acting as trusted advisor and partner to senior leadership across JPMC in this highly visible role. Rich in analytics, the position requires someone who wants to play a meaningful role to support strategic decision-making.

  • Integral in guiding Regional CFO teams with all financial planning and forecast submission's for each respective region

  • Provide meaningful oversight on special projects, analyze key business drivers, performance against budget, targets, and trend analysis

  • Act with integrity and maintain confidentiality while producing 5-year forecast outlooks, combining key strategies and capital investment plan

  • Curious individual who can concisely communicate with Corporate and Firmwide team on GRE's monthly, quarterly, and annual budget submissions; providing comparative analysis on current submission vs. prior

  • The role offers the opportunity to obtain a 'big picture' view of GRE management reporting while at the same time improving processes to drive efficiencies and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business related discipline

  • 7+ years of finance and/or accounting experience, real estate experience a bonus

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint

  • Ability to think outside of the box, identify problems and find innovative solutions

  • Comfortable and adept at analyzing large data sets, and translating results into a clear and concise story for leadership

  • Sound judgment, and independent decision making skills are required

  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects accordingly with minimal supervision

  • Strong communication skills to convey salient points for decision making and reporting, and to be an effective key team member
