JPMorgan Chase Software Engineering - Java/Microservice in New York, New York

Qualifications
10+ years of extensive hands on Application Development work experience throughout the entire project life cycle
Strong architecture, analysis, design, coding, and code review skills with Internet applications
Knowledge of and experience in the implementation of design patterns and best practices
Experience in profiling, identifying and optimizing existing code and code developed by other team members
Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business analysts, solution architects, project managers and development teams.
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Skills required:
Strong understanding of Microservices architecture
Java/J2SE 6 with a deep understanding of the language and core API's
Spring framework, Spring boot
Cloud Technologies including GAIA Cloud Foundry and CLI
GIT based Source code management and tools
Build and deployment tools like Jules and Jenkins
Unit Testing / Automated Testing / Mock frameworks
Web services
Multi-threaded/concurrent programming
XML
Code profiling and optimization
Design patterns
Service Oriented Architecture
Experience in developing rich applications with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Preferred Skills:
Expertise in latest front-end frameworks (JQuery, AngularJS, React etc) and experience with integrating middleware technologies/channels (restful interfaces, streaming interfaces, API, etc).
Experience in the Financial Services business domain, which may include mortgage/loan, payments, credit and other related business transactions
Experience with collaborating with partnering teams and individuals to accomplish common goals
Experience with using Agile with Scrum to work within your development team
