Job Title: Software Engineer (.NET) – Hybrid Metropark Iselin, NJ
- Ongoing contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time.
- 3 days/week onsite
- Hourly Pay Rate: $55-70/hour depending on experience

In this role, you will be integral to developing, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions leveraging.NET. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into functional applications.
Requirements:
Technical Skills :
4+ years of experience in .NET development.
Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Web API, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience with Microsoft development best practices and tools.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of application security, vulnerability management, and related tools is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and maintain web applications and APIs using the .NET platform.
Collaborate with peers to create optimal solutions for technical challenges.
Enhance existing applications by rewriting or modifying code structures to improve performance and efficiency.
Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Test and deploy new features and updates to optimize application functionality.
Provide technical support for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate aligned with industry standards, supported by a six-month initial contract with the potential for extension.
