Grow your career with an innovative global bank in New York City, NY as a Senior Project Manager with a focus on Deck Creation. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite per week.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s/University degree.
Experienced in project management and with sufficient Market Risk/FRTB subject matter expertise to be able to independently create executive reporting/messaging and provide meaningful project solutions to increase transparency and reduce implementation risk.
Strong & proven track record leading program management offices for large scale, complex programs.
Strong & proven FRTB knowledge.
Significant background in Capital Markets Transformation programs and Regulatory related projects (e.g., FRTB, Consent Order, MRA, MRIA).
Significant experience in scoping, developing and prioritizing plans for strategic initiatives.
Expert level PowerPoint presentation skills and experience producing senior executive and Board-level decks in short timeframes.
Experience working with internal and external audit functions to propose solutions and address concerns.
A solid understanding of mechanisms to track and communicate performance.
Ability to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organization and understand different perspectives.
Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem solving capability.
Desired Skills & Experience
Master’s degree.
10+ years of industry experience.
Project Management certifications, e.g., PMP or equivalent.
What You Will Be Doing
Create high quality executive presentation materials at initiative and program level for FRTB, adjusting messaging to target stakeholder level, up to Board of Directors.
Lead change projects within Capital Markets to address regulatory, audit, risk and control and / or risk management issues.
Apply knowledge of Markets business and/or regulatory capital to help identify solutions and mitigate delivery risks.
Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships across project teams and front-to-back stakeholders, e.g., trading desk, finance, operations, technology, risk management.
Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, including working closely with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control and Technology teams.
Identify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or escalate risk and issues in a timely and well-articulated manner to the projects by engaging relevant stakeholders and PMs.
Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts, tailoring to various forums and committees.
Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach, to support the execution of programs.
