JPMorgan Chase Senior Product Delivery Associate - Omni Channel Operations in New York, New York

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the Personalization & Customer Insights team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

This role is pivotal to enhancing our product development processes and creating efficiencies across product, engineering, design, and data teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to simplify workflows, reduce burden on product managers and effectively manage our intake / customer manage processes.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies

  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources

  • Analyze current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions streamline product delivery.

  • Partner closely with Area Product teams, Technology Leads, Design Leads and Data Owners to support product priorities including team capacity, dependencies, risks, and performance metrics.

  • Facilitate customer intake and manage communications with requestors.

  • Generate regular reports and updates for product owners and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

  • Create an maintain templates for product roadmaps, project briefs, and other delivery practices to standardize across product.

  • Develop and update Confluence sites to review relevant data and information is accessible.

  • Develop comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows and best practices.

  • Act as a resource for team members, helping them navigate operational challenges

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area

  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities

  • Experience in product deployment processes

  • Prior experience in project management and productivity tools (e.g. Jira) and agile methodologies.

  • Experience delivering timely, high-quality communications, presentations, attention to details, and reporting for various stakeholder groups.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.

  • Problem-solving mindset, with a knack for identifying challenges and implementing actionable solutions.

  • Proficiency creating visually engaging spaces in Confluence or similar software products.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization

  • Proven ability to implement operational effectiveness initiatives

  • Prior experience in banking or other highly regulated industry
