How will you make an impact in this role?

We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner to join our growing team and drive development of key Commercial products. The ideal candidate will possess thought leadership, exhibit strong communication and organizational skills, and have a proven record of delivering value while leading multiple priorities and tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deep engagement and consultation with various business teams to understand current and future needs for product enhancements

  • Participation in, and support of agile practices and ceremonies to reinforce agile development and incremental delivery

  • Communicate technical requirements to cross-functional partners, including engineers, clients and executive leaders

  • Build and actively lead a product backlog of features and capabilities that are groomed and prioritized in close collaboration with the business and development teams. Facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and changes

  • Champion the product vision and roadmap with key partners and engineering teams

  • Coordinate with project teams and across the wider Digital Experience & Platforms team and other dependent teams to ensure timelines and requirements are aligned

  • Establish the product’s goals and reviewing success metrics to achieve commercial success, build return on investment analyses and optimization recommendations and develop appropriate tracking and reporting to measure performance post – launch to support

Required Qualifications

  • Passion for creating outstanding products and user-centric customer experiences

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity and steadfastly prioritizing

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution

  • Strong communicator - comfortable working with a range of cross-functional partners

  • Technical proficiency - an ability to clearly describe tradeoffs with users and engineers about certain decisions and good balance with business discernment with a track record of driving digital innovation and business metrics with a customer-first mindset

  • Highly organized - you can balance simultaneous projects, lead competitive research and thoroughly document your findings

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5 years of related experience in Product Management and/or Product Development roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
