The Senior Executive Assistant in the Chief Colleague Experience Officer’s Executive Office is responsible for a broad range of administrative and operational support functions. This role will report into the Vice President Assistant (VPA) and provide secondary administrative support to the CCEO. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Executive Office team members and partners to develop and optimize programs and processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the scheduling, planning, and logistics for onsite and offsite meetings

  • Compile, analyze, and track information across the organization using PowerPoint and Excel

  • Primary calendar, expense, and domestic/international travel management for VPA and secondary calendar, expense, and domestic/international travel management for President

  • Manage relationship and act as primary point of contact for real estate in the New York office and provide global real estate support as needed

  • Administrative duties to include processing invoices, ordering supplies, assisting with payroll, managing distribution lists, etc.

  • Manage organizational chart and headcount tracking processes

  • Actively support team building, recognition, and colleague engagement initiatives.

  • Support data and reporting requests to support CCEO’s office

  • Special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years office administration experience

  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong sense of integrity an ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality

  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook and willingness to learn new technology

  • Ability to learn internal systems and processes quickly

  • Motivated, proactive team player with strong initiative and excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and process orientation skills

  • Exceptional professional maturity and the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels of a diverse, global organization

Qualifications

Salary Range: $38.45 to $57.70 hourly bonus benefits
