Defining the strategy of and managing internal large data sets for use in analysis. Designing and conducting A/B and multivariate tests to drive iterative improvement to both user and advertiser metrics through efficient experimentation. Communicating data-driven insights and recommendations to key partners. Working closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, user researchers, product owners, designers, and business decision-makers who are passionate about Spotify’s success. Building lasting solutions to surface critical data and performance metrics. Developing our knowledge and practice around the development and evaluation of machine learning driven and user-focused products. Developing individually to continue to grow impact and help mentor peers. *Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S.Job requirements: Master's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and four (4) years of experience in data science or a related role.
