Job Description
Looking for a Architecture Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience who has experience managing projects through completion, mentoring junior staff and strong in construction administration. They will work closely with the design team and are expected to provide strong technical expertise and leadership. They will be interacting with clients, consultants, and contractors regularly. They should feel confident leading meetings and coordinating onsite. They will be expected to write and edit specs, respond to RFIs, and handle budgets. The firm has various projects in the residential, historic preservation, cultural and hospitality sectors.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters in Architecture
Strong experience in Construction Administration
5+ years with experience in Project Management
Proficient in both AutoCAD and Revit
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in New York, New York.
