Flatiron Health Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst, Quantitative Data at its New York, NY location.Duties: Work as a member of the Quantitative Sciences team to answer some of the most important questions in cancer using Flatiron’s unique, large real-world dataset. Become a subject matter expert on Flatiron’s data and its capabilities. Transform real-world clinical data into actionable insights using robust statistical methods and compelling data visualizations in formats accessible to a wide range of end users. Work with a cross-functional team to define and clarify analytic requirements, develop analysis plans, ensure data quality standards, and create publication-ready methods and results. Generate ideas for analyses to shape future projects that contribute to a pipeline of opportunities that will help Flatiron achieve its ambitious goals. Collaborate with a team of oncologists, product managers, and software engineers to help develop, commercialize, and deliver analytics products. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, or related field, plus 3 years of experience in related occupations. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, or related field, plus 1 year of experience in related occupations. The position also requires any amount of experience in all of the following: analyzing real-world clinical data; exploring data critically; statistical programming language, including R programming. Telecommuting permitted anywhere within the U.S. The Salary Range for this position in New York, NY is $150,937.85 to $198,000. The annual pay range for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed above. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
