The salary range for this role, based in New York is $87,400.00 to $109,200.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

The Operations & Supply Chain finance team partners with operations and finance teams across PR North America to empower our company's business performance through reporting, analytics, and insights. The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of cost reporting & forecasting, monthly operations performance reviews, business case development, KPI reporting, and improving ways of working within the company. A successful candidate will interact with all areas of the operations & finance organization and acts as a center of excellence for standardizing reporting and analytics for all North America production sites. They will also work with cross functional business partners to leverage technology, business intelligence and data management best practices to bring efficiency and visibility to the operations organization.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Manage monthly consolidations, reporting and reforecasting for all North America Operations sites for Direct Materials spend, Indirect Materials spend, Cash CAPEX and Maturing Spirits inventory.
  • Support development of business cases for in-source/outsource decisions and large-scale capital investments.
  • Support the annual 3-year capital investment budget submissions and other ad-hoc projects for our North America operations business partners.
  • Support monthly reporting, analytics, and reforecasting for the PRUSA Export P&L..
  • Deliver insightful analysis with actionable recommendations with quantifiable opportunities/risks.
  • Improve understanding of our direct and indirect spends, business performance and strategy through development of visuals and other reporting tools.
  • Support training needs on business performance tools and best practices.
  • Internal champion for reporting, analytics, and data management.
  • Continually look for areas of improvement in our processes.

Nature & Scope

This position reports to the Sr Manager, Supply Chain & Operations and will interact directly with Pernod Ricard North America Operations team, production site finance teams, and portfolio finance teams. It is critical for the individual in this role to embrace cross-functional ways of working.

This role leads the measurement and management of key financial and business KPIs across PR North America Operations Stakeholders. The impact of the position is fundamental to the organization, PRNA brand company, and to the supply chain & operations finance team. The nature of the role requires a self-starter with strong organization and communication skills. A passion for operations, embracing new technologies and fresh ideas for process improvement are critical to success.

Key requirements

- Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics

- Experience / Background:

  • Prior experience in finance, operations, and analytics
  • Work experience of 3+ years with experience in FP&A, operations finance and/or reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively and act as a finance business partner
  • An ability and interest in learning new tools and systems
  • Skilled in excel and other Microsoft office programs

- Skills:

  • Highly analytical, with high attention to detail and ability to connect the details to the big picture
  • Good listener, able to understand the key requirements of stakeholders and communicate key learnings back to manager;
  • Ability to deliver on numerous work streams simultaneously to tight timelines;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Highly competent with Excel, data analysis and modeling;
  • Team player, willing to do what's needed to meet key deliverables on-time and to a high degree of accuracy;
  • Demonstrated ability to extract insights from data

- Travel estimate: Limited - position is office based. 1 weeks per year as needed for seminars or company events
