The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The Business Enablement & Operations team has a pivotal role in supporting the development and control environment for American Express Global Dining. This team is critical to building partnerships with risk subject matter experts across Amex and driving forward operational processes to enhance the user, guest, restaurant and Card Member dining experience. We serve as the central business contact to lead operational requirements to drive speed to market, while balancing the need for controls and risk mitigation, for governance activities and strategic program management across key business priorities.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

Reporting to the Director, Global Dining Business Enablement and Operations, the successful Senior Analyst candidate will be responsible for driving key initiatives and processes that will enable the Global Dining organization to continue scaling and delivering best-in-class experiences for our customers. This Senior Analyst role will play a critical role in supporting functions across Resy & our Global Dining team, including, but not limited to, Marketing, Product, third-party onboarding and Servicing to deliver a successful Customer experiences. This person will help deliver critical business processes that are customized to meet Resy and our Global Dining Team’s business objectives and achieve continued growth. This person will work closely with American Express team members to ensure policy compliance and guide our operational processes through appropriate review and approval processes. A successful candidate will play a key role in elevating our operational excellence culture and enable business processes to scale for the future of Global Dining across Amex’s newly strategically acquired dining companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and action on requirements for internal governance processes through collaboration with internal and external partners

  • Collaborate with partners on key cross functional initiatives that will enable our global dining business to scale and implement long-term procedures and practices

  • Provide cross functional collaboration with other teams across our global dining organization on business needs

  • Contribute to continual process improvement or re-engineering activities to increase agility and speed to market

  • Support Issue & Complaints Management for Global Dining Business, developing solutions to stop harm and implement long-term controls

Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to work with team members across different functions and with colleagues at all levels

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Skill in driving results against aggressive timelines, managing multiple priorities and executing flawlessly

  • Strong mix of analytical and critical thinking skills to implement impactful solutions that drive results

  • A self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing or ambiguous environment as required

  • Ability to work with partners and across internal teams to effectively manage projects and meet timelines

  • Passion for restaurants and desire to work on dining landscape

  • Bachelor's Degreepreferredor equivalent experience

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
