Marketing Support and Solutions are marketing campaign execution experts who enable partners to scale acquisition, increase customer engagement and accelerate revenue momentum by overseeing the ongoing regulatory maintenance of in-market content, mitigating compliance risk, effectively balancing agility with operational excellence while identifying and implementing solutions that streamline and transform operational processes with greater efficiency, quality and speed across marketing.

How will you make an impact in this role?

The Senior Analyst of Marketing Support and Solutions will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining marketing campaigns for digital experiences. This individual will collaborate across numerous teams to plan and execute creative development, obtain legal and compliance approvals, and perform channel execution activities along with post launch validations. They will also develop process efficiencies to deliver speed to market, efficiency and quality metrics in marketing enablement.

A successful senior analyst will have strong written and verbal communication, project management, organization and leadership skills.

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across various marketing channels

  • Manage periodic compliance mandated updates across marketing assets

  • Ensuring marketing collateral adheres to regulatory compliance, legal and company policies

  • Coordinate with technology and product management teams to complete required updates

  • Support marketing managers in efforts designed to improve the customer experience

  • Build cross-functional relationships across multiple internal & external partners

  • Identify and create efficiencies in current marketing processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience working program/project management or marketing execution

  • Experience with enterprise collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint)

  • Highly organized with the demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Ability to self-start, carve opportunities out of ambiguity and operate with a high degree of independence.

  • Excellent collaboration and relationship management skills, with experience influencing and coordinating across internal or external partners to deliver business goals

  • An engaging, resilient, and optimistic spirit.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with consumer banking regulations (Reg Z, Reg E, UDAAP, Fair Lending, etc.) a plus but not required

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
