Description
A well-established firm in the Renewable Energy space is currently seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Accountant to join their team. This role will be pivotal in supporting various financial initiatives including debt financing, tax equity, fund performance, and various ad hoc financing tasks. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong financial analysis skills, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
Conducting in-depth financial analysis to support various financial initiatives.
Overseeing the preparation and completion of numerous financial deliverables, including management reporting, financial reporting, lender reporting, and ad hoc deliverables.
Maintaining internal models for various financial tasks such as cost allocation, income tracking, asset availability tracking, compensation tracking, portfolio valuation status, cash management, fund distributions to partners, inventory management, and sales tax management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 1 year of experience. Candidate should have strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in financial services industry is highly preferred.
