Senior Account Manager (FOHR Card, Inc.)(New York, New York)Oversee client relationships, manage influencer campaigns for consumer and hospitality brands. Execute end-to-end campaign strategies, handle budgets, and manage influencer contracts. Address client concerns and ensure exceptional client experiences. Collaborate with strategy team to set campaign goals, establish client infrastructure, and deliver timely reports. Contribute to company's revenue growth by driving organic opportunities and staying informed about brand verticals and influencer industry. Maintain successful client engagements and campaign execution. Negotiate contracts, structure invoicing/payment for influencers and talent. Utilize influencer platforms and SaaS tools to identify talent, vet metrics, create influencer briefs, assess campaign content against KPIs, and analyze live post-performance. Conduct data analysis to compile comprehensive campaign wrap reports, demonstrating KPI achievement. Align client KPIs with talent selection, employ creator marketing SaaS tools and social platform searches for Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Pinterest. Demonstrate proficiency in project management, use Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or OpenAir to oversee campaign timelines, content deliverables, and manage contributor teams.Requires, at minimum, a Master’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Integrated Marketing, Market Research or a closely related field plus two (2) years of experience as a marketing manager in the consumer brand or hospitality industry. Experience Must Include: Negotiated contracts and structured invoicing/payment for influencers and talent. Utilized influencer platforms and SaaS tools to identify talent, vet metrics, create influencer briefs, assess campaign content against KPIs, and analyzed live post performance. Aligned client KPIs with talent selection, employing creator marketing SaaS tools and social platform searches for Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Pinterest. Demonstrated proficiency in project management, utilizing tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or OpenAir to oversee campaign timelines, content deliverables, and manage contributor teams. Telecommuting permitted if candidate is based in the continuous U.S. Travel required 10% of the time. Duration and location impossible to predict.
