Georgia-Pacific Senior Account Manager in New York, New York

Your JobCENSAI is seeking a Senior Account Manager on the CENSAI team to drive growth by making CENSAI the preferred population intelligence platform in the real estate industry. A successful Senior Account Manager will achieve this by building a portfolio of new customers and developing relationships with existing customers to create long-term value. This position offers the opportunity for rapid growth. The ideal candidate has SaaS, data or other technology sales experience within Real Estate data and analytics vertical. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of accounts across financial, retail, and technology companies achieving revenue goals, and working as an advocate for customers internally to help develop a premier product offering from CENSAI. CENSAI, a product of i360 - a Koch Company, is seeking team members who are excited about developing a robust customer base in the Property Technology ("Proptech") sector.What You Will DoTo be considered, candidates must be passionate about CENSAI's vision and move with a sense of purpose and urgency. * Utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to sell to a wide range of audiences
* Building and maintaining a sales pipeline aimed at generating new accounts and expanding partnerships with existing customers
* Stay knowledgeable on the competitive landscape with the ability to learn to speak about CENSAI differentiators and customer ROI
* Managing complex accounts by working collaboratively and adapting quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Mastering the CENSAI Population Intelligence product suite and quickly delivering client solutions
* Provide support on pricing, account service, marketing, and feature enhancement to core capabilities
* Partner with Director of CENSAI to building annual sales plan in support of CENSAI's core strategy and objectivesWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Demonstrated expertise in real estate investment strategy or financial services, selling to highly skilled data science and financial analyst professionals
* Demonstrated ability to use economic thinking in decision making
* Proficiency with real estate technology and analytics
* Competence working with Salesforce or similar CRM Systems and Microsoft Office What Will Put You Ahead
* A demonstrated track record of software or data sales success into the real estate focused industries
* A professional network within real estate and/or Property TechnologyFor this role, we anticipate paying $140,000 - $250,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
