Citigroup Risk Reporting Senior Manager in New York, New York

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Risk Reporting Senior Manager for its New York, New York location.

Duties: Implement risk-reporting requirements in Tableau. Develop Tableau dashboards, prep flows and automating EUCs (End User Computing) by working with stakeholders. Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards, prep flows, and test in UAT, Production Tableau servers to enhance the performance of risk reporting. Develop interactive business intelligence dashboards to quantify and identify key drivers of accrual risk metrics across multiple businesses and products. Perform custom SQL queries, extracting, blending, joining different data sources to implement reporting leveraging Treasury risk and Market risk data sources. Advise on Treasury Risk Tableau reporting, visualization, data processing and analytics, and best practices implementation. Develop complex Tableau prep flows involving many data sources, design key business/risk mappings involving various joins, unions. Collaborate to design strategic automated solutions and ensure complete, correct and timely risk reporting. Participate in preparing deliverables to management. Analyze Interest Rate Risk data using sources of related balance sheet and profit and loss information to find patterns and valuable business insights. Identify potential process improvements and capabilities to increase consistency, transparency, and reliability of accrual interest rate risk reporting and analysis. Contribute to data governance, data services and data quality initiatives. Ensure data quality, completeness and consistency across treasury risk reporting and analysis. Partner with cross-functional business areas to ensure that Interest Rate Risk data is accurate, complete and fully understood by management to drive decision making. Present results of work and recommend courses of actions with client to business and management. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Engineering (any) or related field and 3 years of experience as a Tableau Developer, Data Security Analyst or related position involving Tableau development. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. 3 years of experience must include: Tableau Desktop for development of risk metrics and dashboards; Tableau Prep to enhance and prepare datasets; Tableau PROD and UAT servers to test, deploy dashboards and data sources; SQL; and Designing Business Intelligence solutions.
