As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.

This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will:

  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities

  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization

This position is for a June 27th, 2022 start.

About The Team

Client Risk Relations (CRR) manages our clients' needs as it relates to Risk, Information Security and Compliance. CRR is the face of FIS as clients perform their Vendor Risk Management Activities. This is a client facing role.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assist in managing the Vendor Management Resource Center.

  • Create and update documents on our Client Portal VMRC

  • Prepare and participate in the two annual Client conferences (1 in Milwaukee, 1 in Orlando), as well as the Client Risk Relations kiosk at the annual Sales Kick Off Conference

  • Update monthly and quarterly RISC reporting

  • Manage communication to internal teams and clients from team inbox.

  • Manage client onsite control assessments including scheduling, documentation preparation and facilitation.

  • Track, coordinate and resolve issues identified in any client assessment.

  • Provide effective challenge to 1st Line of Defense on behalf of our clients.

  • Provide effective challenge to our clients to safeguard sensitive information and protect FIS internal Subject Matter Experts time and effort.

  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

  • 10% travel required.

What You Bring

  • Knowledge of networks technologies (protocols, design concepts, access control)

  • Knowledge of security technologies (encryption, data protection, design, privilege access, etc.)

  • Knowledge of network design and engineering

  • Knowledge of audit management and working with clients

  • Proficiency in time management, communications, decision making, presentation and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in planning, reporting, establishing goals and objectives, standards, priorities, and schedules

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences of all levels of the organization

  • Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, clients, and executives
