At Boqueria Restaurants, we’re in the business of taking care of people—and this ethos begins with our employees. We are currently seeking an incredible General Manager for our W40th location! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a dynamic floor presence, excellent leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine interest in others
What we're looking for:
Extensive food and beverage knowledge
At least three years of experience in a General Manager role for a high-volume restaurant
Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (OpenTable, Toast, Restaurant 365, Dolce)
Food Handler’s Certification from the Department of Health
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead
Understand and support managing financial implications of operational decisions
Strong leadership abilities (clear vision, active listening, assertive communication, empathetic and responsive)
A good sense of humor
Must be at least 18 years old
